Instructions – Registering for Notifications

1. If visiting the Truth-In-Taxation website directly, click the “Register for Notification” button (located at the top right)
2. Create an account or log into the Public Portal
3. Go to “My Properties”; if there are no properties associated with your account, add your property by clicking “Add Property ID” or by “Property Search”
4. Locate the “Receive Update” column and click the checkbox

An email notice will be generated under the following conditions:

• Market Value change on property.
• Taxable Value change on property.
• Taxing Unit tax rate change.
• Taxing Unit hearing notice (added/removed/deleted)
