FORT BEND COUNTY, TX –The Fort Bend Central Appraisal District (FBCAD) is proud to announce the launching of a new, online tool designed to streamline the homestead exemption application process.

FBCAD recently partnered with Just Appraised, a software as a service provider, to create an online portal for the submitting and tracking of homestead applications.  Property owners must opt-in to this system by creating an account. Once created, the user will be able to login, apply for the homestead exemption, submit required documents, and check the status of their application all from the safety of their home.
