The Fort Bend Appraisal Review Board (ARB) will begin hearing protests and motions filed by property owners and challenges filed by taxing units at 7:45 a.m. CDT. Hearings will be held in the Appraisal Review Building at 2801 B. F. Terry Boulevard, Rosenberg, Texas. Hearings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to an agreement between a property owner and the appraisal district. Hearings are conducted by panels of three or more members of the ARB and do not involve a quorum of the ARB communicating about the ARB’s business. Single-member panel hearings will take place at the property owner’s request.
