Bid Notification for Surplus Items


The Fort Bend Central Appraisal District is currently accepting bids for surplus furniture and equipment. The bid packet is available on the District website, or you may obtain the bid packet at the District office.

All furniture and equipment are being sold “as is where is” without any warranty or guarantee. If interested in viewing the furniture and equipment, please see contact information below.

Bids must be received on or before March 15th, 2022, before 2:00pm. The bid must be submitted on the bid sheet provided by the district. Bid opening will be March 15th, 2022, at 2:00pm at the district office.

Please submit sealed bids marked “DO NOT OPEN – SEALED BID – 2022 Surplus Items” to:

Fort Bend Central Appraisal District, Attention: Administration Department, 2801 B.F. Terry Blvd., Rosenberg, Texas 77471.

Successful bid(s) will be awarded during the FBCAD Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, March 21st 2022 at 4:30pm. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
