FORT BEND – Property owners in Fort Bend County should receive their 2021 Notice of Appraised Value from the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District (FBCAD) in the next few days.
“Throughout the past year, the local residential and commercial real estate markets have been far more resilient than initially anticipated,” said Jordan Wise, chief appraiser. “Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and response, the real estate market was among the most active in recent years. In the last 12 months, we have seen a record amount of residential new construction projects and sustained demand for commercial new construction. Fort Bend County continues to be a community sought out by families and businesses.”
