Our Customer Service team will be available to accept document submissions & answer questions you may have regarding your Exemptions & Protest status.
At this time, informal meetings with an appraiser will continue to be conducted remotely by phone and email. Please see the Protest section (www.fbcad.org/protest) for more details.
The ARB is scheduled to begin face-to-face hearings at the end of May.
The Appraisal District has multiple ways of completing all service components without an “in-office” visit. Information relating to Protests, Exemptions & Appraisal Notices is available on the official website.
Additionally, our official website (www.fbcad.org) is able to receive most Protest, Exemption & Document Submissions through E-Services.
We will continue to follow the Governor’s Executive Orders regarding the resumption of business activities.
