Mission Statement	The mission of Fort Bend Central Appraisal District is to achieve fair and equitable values among all classes of property by maintaining the highest standards in mass appraisal practices and maintaining accurate and complete property records. We are guided by the goals of providing quality service to the public, developing high-performance employees through continuing education and training, and by efficiently managing district growth through the use of technological tools which expedite the work flow and dissemination of information to the staff, taxing entities and the public. Directions	Directions to the Appraisal District Office From I-10 and Grand Parkway (HWY 99) go south 18 miles, turn right at US 59 South (Southwest Freeway) entry ramp go 5.2 miles, take the exit to FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) 0.1 miles, continue on US 59 feeder road and go 0.3 miles, bear right on to FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) go 0.6 miles. The District Office is on the right side of the road across from B.F. Terry High School. From US 59 (Southwest Freeway) head southwest towards Victoria, take the exit to FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) go 0.1 miles, continue on US 59 feeder road (Southwest Freeway to 0.3 miles, bear right at FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) go 0.6 miles. The District Office is on the right side of the road across from B.F. Terry High School. From Beasley head northeast towards Rosenberg, take the Richmond FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) exit, go 0.7 miles, continue on US 59 feeder road go 0.9 miles, turn left at FM 2218 (B.F. Terry Blvd.) go 0.7 miles. The District Office is on the right side of the road across from B.F. Terry High School.
